Everytime I go near my dad she starts growling at me. He tells her to stop, but she doesn't listen, she just begs for attention and gets it. I keep telling my dad that she needs some type of training, but he doesn't really care. She's bitten me twice so far and I'm sick of it, I need advice on how to get her to stop trying to kill me when I want to see my dad.
You gotta make your dad train her, after all she listens only to him. But other than that, I think you should ignore her or "act like you don't care" until she learns. She is probably jelous though and is very attatched to your dad.
Has your father seen the dog BITE you? Or does he believe the dog did bite you, when you say it happened, if he wasn't there? Why would your father keep a dog or do nothing about a dog that has bitten you twice? If you were a neighbor, you could sue or have the dog declared dangerous & possibly have it put down, if the bites were serious enough.
Why can't the dog be crated or muzzled when you are around (if it can't be controlled by him) or why can't it be placed in an outdoor dog kennel? Why hasn't your father placed the dog in a new home OR engaged a private trainer to come TO the house (to see the situation) & then help train both the dog & all of you?
