I couldn't pass it to my wife is this true she kno I have it but if I don't have a outbreak dwn there I'm not contagious at the moment plz help me

If you don't have a break out you're LESS contagious. The chances of passing herpes on in between break outs and if you take antiviral medication regularly is smaller but not zero.
