I've been on a diet for a week and lost 1 pound already but today I got chocolate craving and ate lots of calories will I still loose weight?

Eat more often with smaller portions and exercise more. That is the only diet that works.

The above is incorrect. The only way to lose weight is to eat less than you burn. Exercise and nutrients are necessary to maintain health.
