any recommended business and marketing book for reading?

I am not a university student majoring business or marketing but I need such a book to read and to brainstorm myself for my small business. As a result, the book shouldn't be too academic or theoretical. However, I don't want a book that likes to bullshit like... we have to work hard for our business.... we have to manage our time and reducing cost things like that, everyone of us can speak out.
