will uk custom search my laptop & hdd?

I'm going to UK for university studies and I'm worried about my laptop and HDD being confiscated. They both contain 1 TB of movies, games and NORMAL ADULT porn (not hard candy or sick shits like that), pirated of course. The last thing I need is paying huge fines and me being prosecuted & jailed. Will they search and check my laptop and HDD?

With today's technology, you can easily and cheaply set up your own private cloud server in your home. Put any "embarrassing" files on the cloud server and delete from your laptop. When you get safely into the UK, download the files as you need them from your cloud server. This has a second advantage that you can use the cloud server as an offsite backup for all your university work.

No they won't routinely search it. They haven't the time to routinely inspect every laptop the comes through. If the laptop is brand new you need to keep your receipts.
