My wife is pregnant and I was wondering if any of the guys on here might have tips?

Tips on what? Sex during pregnancy is fine, go to the hospital for scans etc with her and be there at the birth. Other than that just make sure you give her all the support she needs as the next few months will be a little rough for her.
