Which of the following descriptions about ideal gas is correct?
(a) An ideal gas obeys the Boyle's Law only at high temperature and low pressure.
(2) The molecules of an ideal gas has no size.
(3) The internal energy of an ideal gas consists of KE only.

The answer : (2)

(a) is incorrect.
An ideal gas always obeys the Boyle's Law (and all other laws of ideal gas).
The statement should be rewritten as : "A real gas obeys the Boyle's Law only at high temperature and low pressure."

(2) is correct.
There are two basic properties of an ideal gas.
- The molecules have no size.
- There is no interaction between gas molecules.

(3) is incorrect.
The internal energy of an ideal gas consists of KE and PE.
