just how bad can paranoid delusion be?

can you actually imagine things that doesn't really happen or do you interpret things unlike any other person. like I know for a fact my neighbor will arrive after I call my family member actually five after I call them, but sometimes it is ten minutes exactly after. is that a delusion? I mean I am right on almost all accounts. I get the feeling that I am overly conscious about ever detail in my life and what I do. I cannot be a unclean house for too long because I too full aware of how messy it is but is that probably an over exaggeration? i have diagnose as a paranoid schizophrenic. however how can my paranoia be so bad that I am actually predict things that will happen before they actually do?
