A graduated cylinder contains 50.0 mL of water. A 154-g piece of brass (density = 8.56 g/mL) is dropped into water. How high does the water rise in the graduated cylinder

Dont know how to solve this problem any help would be really appreciated!

Volume = Mass / Density
Volume of brass = (154 g) / (8.56 g/mL) = 18.0 mL

Volume of water rises = Volume of brass = 18.0 mL
