best college for psychology?

btw im a junior in high school, just looking around and i have not taken the ACT my GPA is 2.6... :(

With a GPA of 2.6 you are not going to get in to an amazing college such as Stanford or Dartmouth.

Since you need a PhD in psychology to make a living at it it does not matter where you get your bachelors. Your state university will be the cheapest place to get your bachelors. Because once you have your PhD, no one care how you got it. If you were only thinking about getting a bachelors in psychology, that is pretty well useless for getting a job.
