It changes all the time. Mine currently is pad gai krapow (spicy basil chicken). But, right now, our That place moved, so my favorite that I can get locally is a burrito bowl. They do a good job with it, and I stole their recipe, muahaha >:)

Actually, no I didn't. I live in a pretty open place, so they have a book with all their recipes in it. You do, however, have to read between the lines to do the dish correctly at home. The reason is that the salad/bowl is composed of several different ingredients all located in different parts of the book and are hard to find. Who puts salsa in the salad section instead of the condiment section, seriously?
