inflatable would not hold back the underground pressure...
And if it sprung a leak you would be buried under tons of dirt. Not good....

Inflatable underground bunker! Doesn't sound very safe.....I'd prefer a good old concrete structure myself.

There exist inflatable frames that concrete gets poured onto. Above ground houses have been built that way.
It makes zero sense for an underground bunker to be made that way, but the idea does score as humor.

either build a concrete bunker or bury a cargo container === either one can be made watertight == and what is the depth of your water table??? === an inflatable will NOT work and that will be UNSAFE ... getting buried alive is unwise.. if that makes sense ..... study more about fallout shelters and the size that would be necessary to sustain life in the bunker ....
