The one that fits and supports who you are as a student and as a person. You can easily find various rankings of universities online and all of these schools are very good academically, but that does not make any of them the best choice for any particular student. For example, Harvard is generally recognized and one of the top universities, but if you do have have the academic ability, competitiveness or cultural match to that school, it would not be the best for you.
