Can't tell if he is interested in me or not?

I have been dating a guy since April been on about 10 dates with him. sometimes it can take us about a month to meet up due to busy lives etc we always message once or twice a week or so. I always say to him do you want to meet up again and he says yes definitely soon. I went a bit quiet on him as i felt i kept asking him to meet up. After a week he messaged me saying "hi just wanted to check your okay :-)x "we only slept together on our 9th date He was cheated on his last relationship so i am thinking it could be that...

I thought this guy was interested in me, but all he was interested was in my vagina, plus he has cheated on before and he is more likely not to trust you or he is too hurt by this.

Even when people have busy schedules if a man is interested then he will find the time. Obviously you are not a priority for him. Set your standards, tell him what they are, and either he lives up to it or he doesn't. If your standard is that it's okay to talk to you once during the week but only meet every two, then that's what he's going to give you. If you tell him it is not enough and you are looking for someone to actually be more present, then say it and find it.
