Need help with math question, tried everything, couldn't figure out, any formulas or explanations would be nice!

Let r cm be the base radius.

Base area = r² π
Base area = (269π - 100π) cm²

r² π = 169π
r² = 169
r = 13 or r = -13 (rejected)

The base radius = 13 cm
