Yes this is possible if you are accepted and have the funds to pay.
But it would go in steps
First you would need to apply for your undergrad studies. Be accepted by a university, prove you can pay, then apply for a student visa.
A Bachelor degree takes four years to complete and you would need to have proof of payment for the entire school year at the start of the semester. After completing your undergrad students you would need to apply to Graduate school for a Masters degree, be acctped, prove you can pay, then get a student visa and do this again when you apply to universities for your Doctorate degree.
Start by applying to a school for your Bachelors. No visa will be given that covers you from undergrad to PhD. No such visa exists. There is no guarantee you'll be accepted to a graduate program to start with.
No visa will be issued until you show you've been accepted by a school in the US. You do your undergrad degree and then you apply for grad school. IF you are accepted, then you apply for a study visa for your Masters, then do the same for your PhD.
You better have a lot of money on hand. It will be expensive studying in the US and you won't get funding.
You don't "take" any visa until you are accepted by a school.
A citizen of a foreign country who seeks to enter the United States generally must first obtain a U.S. visa, which is placed in the traveler’s passport, a travel document issued by the traveler’s country of citizenship.
