可否單拿BNO讀書入籍英國?

除了六年在英讀書外，之後當地找到工作，又得到僱主申請working visa, 那可申請入籍嗎？

The answer is no.

1. A BN(O) Passport holder is not eligible for naturalization by the nature that the holder is a British national already. Only registration is available.

2. You must have ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain) in order to qualify registration/naturalization, which you don't have.

3. In order for a Tier 4 Visa to be qualified for ILR, 10-year of residence will bre required.

>> 第一就係用10年長居既方法, 係呢10年你可以讀書, 做野都冇問題, 只要係呢10年入面唔好出境多過540日就可以了.
>> 第二就係用5年既方法, 但係呢5年你一定要係工作(讀書, 工作假期唔計), 而呢5年入面唔可以出境多過180日就可以了.
