I want to study, since the first year of college, in the US. I want to take a phd. In the visa I should ask for a bachelor visa, and then there take a phd, or I should ask for a phd visa?

If you are studying in the US, you have to tell the truth. You WILL be found out and rejected if to do not.

Universities won't allow this. If you apply to a school for your Bachelor's that is what you study. You can't simply decide to enter a PhD program like that. When you file for a study permit, you also file the letter of acceptance from the school. You don't play games with immigration or you'll quickly be deported.

If you haven't already applied to a school and received your letter accepting you, you are wasting your time with the visa process. You won't be issued one until you show the government where you are studying, the letter guaranteeing you a spot in the school and proof you can support yourself.

First, you need to improve your English skills before you try to apply for admission to universities.

Then, if a university accepts you into a bachelor's degree program, you only get a visa for that. You would have to complete the bachelor's successfully & get accepted into a master's degree program before you could apply for a new visa for the master's program.

If you do not seriously upgrade your English skills, you are not even getting into school for a bachelor's degree.

Be truthful. Never lie to the US government. First, I would get accepted to graduate school. Generally applications to good schools need to be in place during the month of October the year before you enter the next fall. So apply before about OCTOBER 2015 for the Fall of 2016. Then make sure all of your finances are in order. The government will want to know how you are paying for school. Then do the visa application. They will want to know that you are really going to school and that you have the funds or scholarships to do so. Good luck to you. Good luck to you. We have 60% of the top 100 universities world wide and even our secondary universities are very good. You will be allowed to make application to work in the US for one year after graduation. Depending on how high demand your field is, that could lead to a job. Try to find a job that needs your bilingual quality and where there are few Americans with that education.

I read your question again. It sounds like you don ot have the bachelors degree yet (when I first read it, I thought you did and wanted to get a PHD). So do everything I said, except apply for undergraduate school. I would recommend California State University, Fresno. It is a good school and very cost effective. For any school you go to, you will have to pass the TOFEL test for English.
