I would like to open up a coffee shop/ used book store. What would draw you into one?

I'm doing research and trying to develop a plan. I'm interested in what kind of things people look for in one of these types of stores and ways to make it more appealing to a wider demographic. Thank you :)

You REALLY will need to have a hard look at the costs of opening and operating such an operation. Borders books, implementing a similar model on a large scale went under, due to the reduction of traditional reading. Unless you can find something with very low rent, which is no longer common, you probably have to maximize profits with over-priced add-ons and more high priced books.
Perhaps you can identify the demographic culture of your community and at least select the sort of books that would be popular.
