Will I be able get a job without any experience on the field? Or do they really prefer a person with year/s of experience?

Depends on the job and the person their looking for. Most jobs require some experience but some people can get hired if they have relevant experience or little experience in their field if the company that's hiring offers training.

It may seem difficult to get a job without any experience and I think this is unfair for people who are looking for their job. If there's any voluntary work which is related to the job you're looking for, that's something you could consider.

if you look at a job description and it calls for experience, then don't apply ; there are openings for those w/o experience if you look at the online job boards
