who makes the best burgers ?

I can make a good burger, but I usually try to hit a place that can acquire prime cut and grind it themselves. You cannot get -- where I live anyway -- prime quality cuts of beef from the grocery store or even the local butcher. We have one restaurant that owns their own farm, so the cattle is fresh and the cuts prime and freshly ground. That would be the best I've had, and I can say that with confidence because I travel a lot, and I commonly order a burger for lunch.
