Bought a couple of t-shirts spontaneously, then decided to read the reviews. I was pretty worried, but everything turned out great and I really like the t-shirts. I'm a UK small but a Large in their sizes - can't really blame the company for that, and they have a pretty clear size guide that helped me pick the right size. They arrived on time as well - just under 2 weeks which is fair enough for a product from China!

I placed 2 orders, the first was a blouse that turned out to be too small. I contacted Rosegal and they replied immediately and offered me 3 options. They did not make me send the item back and refunded my money within 24 hours. My 2nd order arrived today and both items fit perfectly!! I will definitely purchase from them in the future. Just please be patient it does take 2-3 weeks to receive the order so don't order a product that you need in a rush.
