Without know WHERE you got these charges, it's impossible to tell you what your sentence will be. There is no global standard that applies to all 193 countries of the world.

Call the court-house and ask for a public defender, and talk to them.

No jail time. It's depends on what state your in. Some states it's just a ticket. But it can also be a federal crime, so you could get probation.

You may be lucky and end up on probation but possession of drugs is a federal offence and you will be in the big house for many a day

If this is USA, Canada, or anywhere in Europe - no. Not on first offense and only 17.

If this is Saudi Arabia, Iran, or Singapore (or where I'm originally from, Syria) then yes. You are going to jail. But if you lived there, then you would already be in jail and not have access to the internet.

No Probation is in your future.
