y = (x ‒ h)² + 5
When x = 0, y = 14 :
14 = (0 ‒ h)² + 5
h² = 9
h = 3 or h = ‒3
The axis of symmetry : y = x ‒ 3 or y = x + 3
When x = 0, y = 14 :

h² = 9
h = 3 or h = ‒3
The axis of symmetry : y = x ‒ 3 or y = x + 3
