tbh that age is when I started. Trust me, your band addiction will just get worse. Your gonna spend all your money on music and band tees- which isn't always a bad thing lol. If you want to find new bands, personally i would go on pandora and youtube. ptv, sws, mourning lilith, fir, d.r.u.g.s, etf, asking Alexandria, and bring me the horizon are other good bands

im the same age and listen to the same kind of music and i dont think im to young... though i do get eyeballed a lot at hot topic XD

There is no age necessarily where you are too young but certain people may not view it as appropriate. Such as your parents, they may not understand why you like the particular bands you like. As for wearing black/dark clothing it does not necessarily mean anything, its just that your going through a wardrobe change. People change up their appearance all the time.

You're never too young. It's a phase though. I went through it, and so has everyone else. I mean, you'll kind of grow out of it, but you'll still love those bands and the color black.
I had an "emo/scene" phase when I was like 11, and I'm 15 now. My love for that stuff has died down a little, but I still love all those bands and wearing black. :3
