Why hasn't gift card come yet?

So I used some points and ordered some gift cards on Chase, they were supposed to come on the 17th. They haven't, though. I'm just wondering are they late? Or should I contact Chase? I know its not important, like at all, but still. Thanks!

Well since it is the 26th and they were suppose to arrive on the 17th, I would say they are late.
And yes call the place you bought them and ask them
Maybe somebody in your household got the mail and took them. Lots of possible problems, but start with them and follow through
