The reason why animals have similar (not the same) faces in each species (not specie), but human beings all have different faces is a result of evolution. When the ancestors of modern humans began living in social units, relatives, strangers, friends and not-so-friends, etc., needed to be discerned in order to form close-knit groups. As a result, those mutations that tended to cause facial differences helped the group.
In addition, as mankind spread into different environments, evolutionary adaptations to those environments resulted in different body forms, coloration, and facial features.
That is why humans have a greater variety of features.
Animals do have a wide variety of facial features. You don't notice them as much because they're not human faces.
Humans are acutely sensitive to human faces. In particular they're trained on the faces that they see around them as they develop. Because of that, it's easier to recognize distinctions between faces of the same "race" (that is, a genetic group with certain superficial similarities); the faces of people of other races can all seem to look alike because you're not familiar with the types of distinctions that can be made.
Humans who work with animals closely can learn the things that make one animal different from another. Owners of dogs and cats, and even fish, will have no trouble telling one from another, even if the animals are of the same breed.
Humans are particularly acute at recognizing facial distinctions. It appears to go hand in hand with being social: you need to know precisely who is a family member, who is a close friend, who is an enemy, and who is a stranger. The closer they are, the more quickly you'll recognize a person from their face. You'll also recognize important people people quickly; that's why celebrities are always so recognizeable. (The fact that people can now be celebrities while being utterly unimportant is a very modern invention.)
This familiarity gives you a remarkable ability to "read the mind's construction in the face", as Shakespeare put it. When you know a face well, you can tell a lot about what they're thinking. It's relatively easy for strangers to lie to you, and harder for family members. Animals don't do nearly as much of that with faces, but they can read body posture and possibly odors with a remarkable degree of detail that's completely impervious to you. It may be one reason why humans lost the hair on their faces: it improves nonverbal communication.

Are you serious? Other species don't look 'exactly alike' at all. There are always differences, however subtle .
I have two cats. Same colour, same breed. Their faces are completely different. Aside from the fact they each have fur and four legs, they look nothing alike at all.
I don't think it's that people don't want to do things that will change their lives. I think the issue is that the people in the world who will be the catalyst for change are the well-off people in North American and Western Europe. These are the people who control things. Unfortunately, these are also the people who live in the most spacious places. Therefore, these people (like us) don't see the problem with their own eyes. Yes, we all know about the environmental reports, we see the footage of India and Cairo, we know about the Chinese one-baby law - but none of these things are tangible for us. They are abstract. Until rich people are actually and directly affected by the negatives of overpopulation, things will not change. It's the same with power use reduction. Hearing about the problems isn't enough. The problems have to be real or humans don't react. I think it must be some human trait that is built into us, but I think things are slowly changing.
Learn how to spell, you dumbf_uck
I can tell apart at least dogs and chimps by their face, probably several other species. So clearly other animals do not have the same face.
Animals do not look the same. You assume you do because you won't do a practical, simple experiment. Go and look at any population of animals, preferably ones that won't run off they minute they see you, and have a good look. You'll soon be able to recognise different animals and from their facial features.
They don't its just humans see each others various features easily, where we have to struggle to see the differences in animals.
