a driver travels 15.0km to the west and them turns and drives 45km to the south. finally she travels 32km [N25W]. determine the drivers total displacement

Using i and j for unit vectors due East and North respectively we have:15 km west => -15i + 0j
45 km south => 0i - 45j
32 km N25W => -32sin25(i) + 32cos25(j)
Adding components we get:
[-15 - 32sin25]i + [32cos25 - 45]j
or, -28.5i - 16.0j
Hence, displacement 28.5 km west and 16 km south of starting point.
