Do chinese people eat Mexican food?

I don't know. I am not Chinese.
It would be American-Mexican (fast food joints), which is not exactly the same as real Mexican.
There are Mexican restaurants in China and Chinese restaurants in Mexico, so I suppose yes, especially considering that the Mexican cuisine is one of the world´s most popular.
Chinese eat everything, including bird's nests.
No I know Mexican food. What they serve in Asia & China as such has nothing to do with Mexico at all.
Yes, they eat Mexican. And Mexicans eat Chinese food. And Greek people eat British food and so on and so on. I think the only one that doesn't work is that Greek people don't eat Turkish and vice versa, as both are similar (I daren't say, the same) and both countries will say that they invented it. So in Greece, don't ask for Turkish coffee, or vice versa. Or you might end up wearing it.
Yes and there are some outlets branches of USA companies. Real authentic Mexican food is not easy to find.
Some people do some don't it depends on the person
Of course. There are a bunch of Taco Bell's in China
