What makes you different? Actually different?

according to recent research, humans are the sum of their brain cells. the brain dictates every automatic and deliberate action humans take. when brain cells are injured or begin to die as in several degenerative diseases, individuality is altered too because the brain is no longer in control of the being. this is how we have come to the criteria of brain dead for switching off respirators etc.
