Well, im really interested in the health area, and i was kinda thinking of occupational therapist. But then i read that i will need amazing communication skill for it, and since i'm not good with it, im kinda thinking if there are similar jobs out there but need less communication skill?

HealthCARE is about care, which means interacting with the patients you are caring for. Of all the related types of jobs, OT probably has one of the highest requirements for communication because your job is to train a person how to perform daily tasks with a injury or disability. There are some jobs in nursing that probably require less communication, but they are still focused on patient care and interaction.

Working in a lab doing medical research is the only medical-related job that doesn't required deal with patients that I can think of.

If you're going to work with patients, communication is key. You can be a medical lab technologist who processes the labs (urine, blood, masses etc.) there is little patient interaction, though some hospitals will require you to draw blood.
