1./Statement of financial position to be contained in notes to annual consolidated financial statements.
2/Statement of financial position to be contained in notes of annual consolidated financial statements.
3/he is adviser to my company.
4/he is adviser of my company.

please point out the difference between them (1-4). if any, please instruct me in how and when to use.
