I regulary have these same nightmares, that when i wake up, i remember nothing but feel scared for 5 minutes. I do have other nightmares i do remember, its just those ones i have sometimes!

It happens when you get utterly confused. You should not write a sentence here if you want some best solutions for your present problem. Please don't feel shy or hesitant to raise any number of question about your genuine grievances.
