I have had a new dpf fitted before my old engine used to burn oil because of piston. I have changed the engine on my bmw 535d 2012. But the dpf becam blocked that vans could overtake me. I have driven on the motorway and the power seems to be improving the more I drive.
Can I drive with my dpf blocked with oil and will it go away eventually.
Clogged dpf with oil?

It may clear with use depending on how badly it was clogged. but it would be best in the long term to clean or replace the dpf as appropriate..
