Is this black mold?

It's been in the house probably for 2 months cause there has been so much rain and the basement is flooding also if it is what do I do?

No, I don't think so. Even if it was all mold is killed in the same way. Just add a quart of bleach to 3/4 gallon of water and wash it down real good and let it sit. Then wash it off.

The dangerous black mold that we all hear about and need to worry about, is very often, actually green. The responsible thing to do is tell you to call a pro so they can test and properly eliminate the mold and find the reason for it's growth.
