Can anxiety cause chest pains?

Sometimes making breathing painful, and can be felt in the back and shoulder sometimes. Sharp pain on right side.

only during panic attacks, otherwise thats something else youll need to get checked out.

yes it cause chest pains and sometimes it cause back pain following the chest pain.
