pulmonary embolism due to rescue negligence ?
I was at home feeling bad then called the rescue, when they came they said "oh you must be tired or stressed we wont take you to hospital bye bye" after they left minutes later i had a pulmonary embolism and had to make it to hospital where i almost died. Can i sue them? i lost the paper of the report when they came :(. Also this happened 3 years ago im bringing it now because a friend told me i could sue them for negligence but since time has passes i dont know if im still available to do it.

No, you can't sue for that. To win a law suit like that you need to show that the ambulance workers did something wrong, and that it caused you damage.
As an example, if there was something that showed a blood clot in your lungs, but they ignored the warning signs. And as a result of that you can't walk. Then you could sue.
A pulmonary embolism is a lot like a panic attack. I've experienced both. The story you told is one that happens every day. Ambulance responders have to sort this out, and they do what they can.
In your case the argument in court would be that they must have gotten something right, because you look fine to me.
How convenient that you "lost the paper of the report when they came."
Your chances of winning a lawsuit are slim to none.
no, you can't sue them and expect to win. they responded and you didn't seem to be in critical condition -- that's all you can expect from non-physicians.
if you want a physician to see your condition, you have to go into his/her office or the ER -- as you did.
