In Germany which fields have more vacancies?

You keep asking this over and over, as if somehow by magic it's suddenly going to be possible to study in Germany without knowing any German. Let me say it once more: It's not possible. Even if you find a course that is taught in English, you still have to pass a German language test. OK?

And I still don't know what 'vacancies' you're referring to. The word would usually mean jobs, and you're not going to be working in Germany after you graduate, as you will have to go home instead; therefore 'which field [has] more vacancies' is not something you need to worry about.

Why would you even consider studying in Germany if you don't speak German?

You need to be fluent to get a decent university pace. If you don't speak German, look at other countries where you do speak the language.

Since you are not fluent in German, and apparently not a citizen of Germany or any other EU-member country, it does not matter whether their are any job openings in any field at all since you cannot work anywhere in the EU.

EU rules: jobs go first to citizens of that country, then to citizens of any other EU-member country. Even with a master's degree + experience, it is extremely unlikely you can ever work anywhere in Europe. Unemployment rates in some EU-member countries are running as high as 60%. There are no jobs for you in Europe, and there won't be for at least a couple of decades.

Student visas are temporary non-immigration class of visas issued on the condition that foreign students return to their country of citizenship immediately upon completion or termination of studies. You must return home promptly. You must be fluent in the language of the country to apply for admission to universities in a country.
