I'm a student of Pakistan and I want to go abroad (Germany) after my A levels,
So I want to know about the scope of Biomedical engineering (BME) in Germany. Which courses do I have to study in A levels for BME? and which Universities should I prefer for BME in Germany?

If you know what it costs at home to study TRIPLE it and then you have the cost in Germany.
If your High school grades are ANYTHING less than "A´s" forget it, you are wasting your time applying.

Placings are as follows:
1st - German Nationals (as in ANY country home first)
2nd - The TOP 1% of all international students WORLDWIDE
3rd - The 2-5 % of the rest

Places are HARD fought for and go quickly. This is due to the last few years of dual study in Germany there are MANY more eligible German students going to University.

A MINIMUM of B2 standard German and a large vocabulary of your subject matter in German are needed to:
A, pass the entrance test, B,get approved for a study visa and C, so you are understood in day to day living here REGARDLESS of if the course is in English or not GERMAN is spoken in Germany!
IE: How are you going to deal with accomodation if you cannot talk to a landlord.

First, you must be fluent in German at a high academic-technical level. Entrance exams for German universities, reputed to be among the world's most difficult, are in German, of course. So is your visa interview.

Second, budget. Plan on EUR2000-3000/month just for living expenses. Rental housing is particularly difficult in Germany, limited supply, and very expensive. That's in addition to tuition (no, Germany is NOT tuition-free for foreign students), books, equipment, supplies, health insurance, clothing, furniture, fixtures & fittings for your apartment. So what's your budget?

Student visas are temporary non-immigration class of visas issued on the condition that foreign students return to their country of citizenship immediately upon completion or termination of full-time studies. You cannot remain in Germany, and you cannot work in Germany or anywhere in the EU. Since you must return to Pakistan, it doesn't matter what the "scope" is in Germany. The scope is zero for you.

Start with telling us if you are fluent in German. If you aren't, you cannot study in Germany.
