I have an HTC ONE (M7) I accedentaly deleted Android OS and now I'm trying to copy the stock os to my phone via ADB and then install it from TWRP . The problem is that the installation fails maybe because I don't know which ZIP file should I copy to my phone. Until now I tried 2 files the first one is from HTC's website (for HTC ONE developer/unlocked) and the other one is from this link http://downloadandroidrom.com/file/HTCOne/M7/roms/GooglePlayEdition/4.4/bigxie_m7_GPe_KRT16S_odexed-signed.zip
Does any one have a link to an android os that I can install succesfully? another thing: after instalation of the OS can I update it to the latest version? note that my device was rooted and I fully unrooted through SuperSU and then deleted all the files from TWRP advanced wipe

Take your HTC phone back to the STORE where you bought it, and they will show you how to return it to Factory-new condition.

This RECOVERY info is also available on HTC's website.

TIP: Never go to a generic website, like the one you listed, stick with the Phone Manufacturer's Support files.
