The reason why I am asking this question is because today one of my friends said that they wanted to smoke hookah and I said they should go for it (although knowing that hookah can cause cancer and other ailments).My friends were in school with me and now we're in 11th grade (ICSE board).Although I dint want to go but I encouraged them to the lounge to smoke hookah

You have to be 18 to go in those lounges.. If you're talking about vapor lounges, they aren't "hookah and the "hookahs" don't contain nicotine..
