released the suspects/defendants’ after the Prosecution started to bring

譯得很好，只需一些修正：在去年佔中過後，控方開始把案件送到法院審議之際，一些市民強烈抗議 "警方一面拉人，法庭一面放人"。
"警方一面拉人，法庭一面放人"
= 警方一面逮捕疑犯時，法院卻一面釋放疑犯
Prosecution = 控方
(prosecutor = 檢察官)
made 在這裡是指 "進行; 作出"
