I don't know ?
since last week , I felt wrong from myself, for example: I can got angry easily and I am so annoy with my dad ... I don't know how to solve my problem...

Just relax, calm down. Do you feel stress or sad? You can watch some comedy and find your friends to talk about, thats ok!
Do you feel stress ? I think you should relax yourself ,for example:you can listen some music which is your favorite songs or you can do some sports
