I don't understand what the messages mean and how to give response. Is it mean
to answer in my view or in positive, negative or neutral something like that.

it means that those are messages in the forum of the internet. give some 回應to these messages.

then you can talk about your thoughts to answer him/her, such as what is your opinion about that? what do you think?

A: (my answer) yes, i agree with you. if there is too many violence in animations, it will affect children's and teenagers' growth. i think what they actually need to read are some interesting fictions, informative non-fictions or funny comic books. these do not contain much violence or any unhealthy effect to children and teenagers.

try to do the othes by answering these questions:
- do you agree with him or her
- what is the result of that thing happening
- what do you think
- how can they improve
