As a manager, your role is to help subordinates to achieve their goals and make them realize their full potential. Coping with their job performance, we should take actions which can help to improve.

Motivation – concern what subordinates do care and their ways of doing things, and let them know your expectation and ask them to do a good job. If you clearly expressed your high standards and expectations, subordinates will pay their efforts to achieve, and use a positive attitude to respond to your confidence in them. Most people can easily spend time on issues and worries, you must also act like this, but you should always pay attention to the job performance of staff if positive or not. For good performance, you should give appreciation, then your subordinates know that they have reached your requirements, you appreciate their efforts, meanwhile you can further motivate them to continue achieving future goals. Do not underestimate the influence to your subordinates and their job performance by doing in this way.
