what if the Earth suddenly spinning really fast ,like a day just 1 hour?
we would all thousands years old then ? or something really terrible would happen ?

We would not age faster. The acceleration = "suddenly", would kill everything, except near the North and South Pole.
40,000 km/h on the equator are 11.111 km/s so very close to escape velocity (11.2 km/s) and above orbital speed at Earth's surface (7.9 km/s).
That means anything not firmly attached to Earth (atmosphere, oceans, people...) would soon end up orbiting Earth like Saturn rings.
Earth would be like a dog shaking water from his fur after you give hime a bath.
I doubt we could get that old in these conditions.
A huge amount of kinetic energy would be converted into heat - things would get very, very hot.
Other than the clocks being wrong one of the first things we would notice is the ocean tides would be much higher than they are now. We would also notice the increased speeds of the winds in the atmosphere.
we would all be dead thats what would happen.
FYI We woundnt all be thousands of years old we would just have 8765 days per year
Yes, terrible things would happen. Ocean currents would go crazy, and with them the atmosphere. The Earth would heat up and would probably have massive earthquakes and volcanic eruptions all over the Earth.
