Dear sir or madam,

I am writing to respectfully request a transfer in location from Pokfulam to Chai Wan. A change in my personal circumstances necessitates this move. My personnal physical need has made it necessary for me to relocate to Chai Wan.

I am physically disabled, that I lived in Chai Wan. Now I am working in Pokfulam Complex, but as I am physically disabled, it cause inconvenience in travelling, especially for the rainy and stormy weather in the summer. So, I respectfully request a transfer in location from Pokfulam to Chai Wan.

I understand that this presents some difficulty for the current location, but I feel I can still be of service from this new location. I thank you for taking the time to consider my request and anxiously await your decision.
