有關三間銀行出的紙幣問題

1. They will be allowed to issue a new banknote. However, it won't be the same bill (different serial number).

2. First, the banks will determine if the bills are in payable condition or not.

If they are payable, the banks will reimburse the same amount received back to the person, the bills in question will be destroyed and reported back to the Government for the permission to issue new bills.

If they are not payable, the banks will return the bills back to the person.

如果紙幣有損，你可拒絕不收並要求更換，其他人一樣可不收你爛紙。

如果你要求銀行更換你張爛紙，紙幣上要清楚可見promise to pay字眼，此字出現在左半或右半，如果你只有半張紙就一定要有。
