Was i rude to the teacher?

So i feel like the teacher was being rude because he was like completely ignoring me just because i don't have a graphic calculator, and we were doing work that have to use one. Anyway, he was so rude like he walk pass me as though i'm invisible. So, near the end of the lesson he came to me and ask me if its true that i dont have one. And i said "yea, do u want me to buy one? I'll get one then." in a way that sounds like i have bad attitude. Although i don't like him, i don't want the teacher to think i'm a bad student, and the other people in class might think i was being rude?

Yes, you were rude but show up with a graphing calculator next class.

I greatly doubt that the first time you learned of needing a graphic calculator was during the class when you needed it. How did everyone else know to have one? Are they all psychics? I'll bet that the techer told you long before this day that you needed one for this class.

Yes, you were being rude. Yes, other people saw your actions as rude. Yes, the teacher is going to think you're a bad student because you don't listen and follow simple instructions.

That you are calling him on his rudeness is interesting but it speaks of your attitude, not his.You were rude and you know it - the question is, what are you going to do about it? Consider the apology that is needed here, along with "I was embarrassed because I can afford to buy the calculator, but I shouldn't have talked to you that way."

If you were unprepared to take his course, by not having the graphic calculator required, it was you who was being rude.

Your attitude (not having one) alone is enough to upset the teacher. Just get the calculator and everyone will be happy.

Like you were so like rude. He was not rude to you. You came to class with out the tools you need. Why should he waste his time because you are unprepared? Dont worry he already knew you were a bad student when you came without owning (or borrowing or even sharing) one. He now knows you are a rude and silly student for asking in a sarcastic voice if you need to get the tool that you obviously need. It's like asking a driving instructor if you need a car on the day you are doing your drive test, of course you do.

You were a little terse and you may have been if you had given a sightly more enthusiastic reply. From your history I see your female so next class have the calculator and offer an apology (you could blame your cycle for your abruptness)

Yes, you were being rude. If a teacher asks you a question - keep the
answer short....yes or no and NOTHING else.

It depends on how it was said.
