Why not buy a ASUS STRIX-GTX980-DC2OC-4GD5 graphics card. You can play GTA V without lags in this GPU. (If you don't care about pay more about 380HKD)
If you want to buy a GPU under 4000HKD, a GV-N970WF3OC-4GD is the best choice for you. It sells about 2730HKD.
Also, these two cards can run fluently in 4K
